Established as far back as in 1927, Mr. Arcady Fixon, a Russian emigrant, decided to bring his culture to Paris. Being an avid Caviar lover, Mr. Fixon decided to create his own Parisian Caviar place.
Caviar Kaspia contributed to the rise of the « Art of Caviar », in France and overseas, establishing the delicacy as an essential dish at all prestigious dinners and events.
